The debate has always been that a skilled person can establish any form of passive income as he knows the way and even if he doesn’t he will find it somehow. But what about a person who does not want to earn passive income, he has no aspirations, no dreams and is happy with what he has at the moment. This person is not willing to do any form of hard work to raise or maintain the existing standards of income.

Is will more important than skill ?
The answer is Yes. No matter how skilled a person is, if he doesn’t want to use that skill to do something for himself and his family that skill is a complete waste. However there is a person who is not skilled due to various reasons but he is willing to to put it those extra hours and burn midnight oil to make a source of passive income. This person is any day better than a skilled person who doesn’t want to do anything.
Who would you choose ?
Having given the choice I would chose to work with a person who has a strong will and even if it requires some time efforts and money to reach a level where he can do some thing. Its better to train the person and teach him what it required to get skilled.
